It was easy enough to understand overall. I just wish they showed the fee timing a little sooner, because that part would’ve been Nice to know upfront.

The communication was great — I got texts when the driver was on the way, and I could check the status without having to call anyone. Everything was clear from start to finish, and they kept me updated until the job was done. Definitely made the whole thing way less stressful!!
